Process of Enrollment

Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is $1700 per student for a full session of 3 days a week, September 2 - April 30 (see detailed 8 month calendar for holiday breaks / days off). Yearly tuition for 2-day students is $1200 total, and yearly tuition for 1-day students is $800 total. This does not include the cost of a uniform, or the purchase of a yearbook at the end of the year if desired.

If you are interested in enrolling your student ages 6-12 in Lark Rise Hall for the upcoming school year, please fill out the application form below.

Enrollment will be determined by lottery, within tiers. Highest priority will be given to those in Tier 1, 1a, then Tier 2, and so on. See table below for an explanation of tiers. Currently there are 18 full-time seats available; however, if interest is high a new venue may be found to accommodate a larger number of students. Also if multiple students enroll for 1 day or 2 days, this number will increase.

All students interested must enroll before the deadline of April 1st, 2025. Lotteries within tiers will be held beginning April 2, 2025 and all applicants will be notified as to whether they were accepted or waitlisted by April 15th.

If accepted, a non-refundable deposit payment of $350 per student secures your child’s seat.* This payment is the same across the board no matter how many days your student will attend, as it enables us to have the funds to secure our meeting space for our 8 month school year.

If payment for a student is not received by April 30th, another student will be selected by lottery in order to fill all seats.

*For those needing receipts dated after July 1st, this deposit will be refunded in July and you will need to pay the full balance ($1700 for 3 days, $1200 for 2 days, or $800 for 1 day) due August 1, 2025.

*Note that all potential tutors must be at least 18 years of age and will be interviewed prior to acceptance. Tutors will be compensated. The amount of compensation will be subject to the amount of students enrolled and the final cost of the building expenses. See expectations of tutors on FAQs page.
